Ambystans are proto-axolotls. They aren't officially part of the Toad family but we've decided to include them for now, as the addition of gromits means the family includes other amphibian groups.
This updated warp stalker model hasn't been used for any wild beasts, yet. We don't know if it will be used to replace the original model, or reserved for newer NPCs.
This update for the original larva/grub model is unlikely to become tameable. It is included only because an NPC using the older model was once mistakenly tameable for a short time.
A beast with this model was once mistakenly flagged tameable, but it is unlikely that this will happen again.
This model may be intended purely for supernatural summons; we don't know if it will ever be available for taming.

Sadly, the only NPCs to use this model are druids. The wild versions weren't added to the game, but they would fit in Drustvar.

Clearly, these creatures have no shells. I'm only featuring them in Carapids because that's where snails are currently housed. Hopefully they'll get their own 'Gastropod' family in the future.
