Located in Gorgrond; Shadowmoon Valley. In Gorgrond, it can be found at Wildwood Wash and Bastion Rise (the latter doesn't appear to be visible to Horde). In Shadowmoon Valley, it can be found in Embaari Village, Fey Landing (south of Elodor), and Path of the Light. Friendly to Alliance, Hostile to Horde.
