Located in Bastion; Zereth Mortis. In Bastion, it is summoned during combat with Worldfeaster Chronn. This boss is a possible spawn during Swelling Tear events, which can occur at a number of locations around Bastion. In Zereth Mortis it can spawn from portals in Provis Esper, in the ast of the zone.
