Located in Theater of Pain, Maldraxxus. Spawns during the Necrolord Covenant quest, Give A Dog A Bone, but can probably be seen by players in other covenants. The quest is a weekly quest given by Mama Tomalin who is one of the constructs who can be created in the Abomination Factory covenant feature at rank 3.
