Located in Gelikyr Gardens & Tyrhold Reservoir, Thaldraszus. Found on rock ledges half way up the cliff on the east and north-east sides of Tyrhold Reservoir. They respawn quickly, so if the colour you're after isn't present you can just keep taming and releasing gryphons until it appears.
