Located in The Nighthold (non-instanced), Suramar. Lalathin is located at the non-instanced Nighthold building in Suramar city. She can be found enjoying the view on a domed balcony half way up the south-west side of the main tower.
She was originally situated inside the raid, and only when the world quest The Nighthold: Love Tap was active, but this changed in Patch 8.3.
