Basilofos, King of the Hill

Located in Bastion. May spawn on the hill directly south-west of Hero's Rest, among the Argentwing Larions. He will spawn if you are close to the top of the ridge and see a 'purple eyes' symbol above your character, at coordinates ~ 49,50. He takes a very long time to spawn, during which you'll receive four warning messages, starting with "You feel as if you are being watched from above." and ending with "A challenging roar echoes over the hills!".
