Soul Monitors initially look like statues. They don't appear on your beast tracker, or in their proper colour, until aggroed. Appears to phase out later in the zone quest chain and is probably unavailable for hunters who select the Threads of Fate advancement path.

This version of the Loyal Granitefur only appears during the quest, Hunting Huln, which is part of the Patch 9.1 campaign story. It is found on the eastern side of Dominance Keep and is easier to tame while you're not disguised, otherwise it may dispel your disguise and teleport you back to the start before you can finish the tame. The stone variant appears to be much rarer than the other two colours.

Friendly. Blisterback appears during/after the escort quest for Theotar and can be seen at The Sanctuary of the Mad or Sinfall, depending on your quest stage.
Level scaling: Most NPCs will scale with the Hunter's level, within the constraints of their level range. Hunters can tame regular NPCs up to 2 levels higher than them, but can only tame elite NPCs of the hunter's level or below.
