Pilgrim Kapara	80-90	Zul'Aman
	Friendly. Just north-west of Shadebasin Watch. Only found during the quest, "A Quiet Walk Interrupted".
Mangled Kapara	90	The Whispering Marsh, The Coiled Isle
	Cannot be attacked. Only seen during the World Quest, "Predators and Prey".

Level scaling: Most NPCs will scale with the Hunter's level, within the constraints of their level range. Hunters can tame regular NPCs up to 2 levels higher than them, but can only tame elite NPCs of the hunter's level or below.
