Void-Touched Snapdragon

Located in Ritual Site: Daggerspine Point (Scenario). There's a chance of summoning this snapdragon while running the Daggerspine Point Ritual Site. This instance is open every second week in Eversong Woods (check for the purple ritual site mark on the zone map) and is soloable. Inside the instance you can find occasional piles of Washed Up Kelp. Interacting with these has a chance of spawning a Void-Touched Snapdragon (which can also drop a mount of the same name).
