Located in Terokkar Forest. Can be spawned through the repeatable quest Adversarial Blood in Skettis. Half way through the fight he transforms into an undead version of himself (with a different ID), which is tameable. Unlocking this quest requires completing most of the Skettis quest chain and farming for a number of summoning items. See the quest link for detailed information.
