Located in Ancient Falls, The Ringing Deeps. This spectral devilsaur can only be found when the event, "Worldsoul Memory: Primal Predators" is up, located roughly north-west of Opportunity Point in The Ringing Deeps. The zone in which the Worldsoul Memory is active rotates daily, starting with Isle of Dorn, then The Ringing Depths, then Hallowfall, finally Azj-Kahet. You require one Radiant Echo in order to enter the event phase and cannot use another player to access it.
