Located in Haven Cascades, The Emerald Dream. When she's ready to be spawned a silver quest icon will appear on the zone map at her location in the south of Haven Cascades. To get her to appear: collect picnic ingredients from around the area and deposit them in the baskets until the fill bar is complete. Once summoned, she rampages about the area.
