Located in Norwington Estate, Tiragarde Sound. Rose is friendly to Alliance and can only be tamed by using the toy "N'lyeth, Sliver of N'Zoth" while in War Mode. She doesn't seem to be visible to Horde players. Rose can be found in the yard by the stables after you complete the main Norwington Estate storyline.
