	This bird spawns when you fight a rare elite that is empowered by the Dreamsurge and has the Blazing Summons buff. Empowered rare elites occur in the Dragon Isles zone that is currently affected by a Dreamsurge event, but only some of them will have the Blazing Summons buff (you can see the buff on the NPC before you start combat). Your Dragon Isles continent map displays a blue-green icon over the current Dreamsurge zone.
