This birds spawns as part of waves of NPCs that appear when you click on a Waking Dream portal in a Dragon Isles zone that is currently hosting a Dreamsurge event. These fiery portals occur sporadically around the zone and can be difficult to find, though their red-orange colour makes them stand out. Your Dragon Isles continent map displays a blue-green icon over the current Dreamsurge zone.
